Lead The Conversation.
Most sales are lost before the objection, before the pitch and before the price. Day One starts at the beginning: learning how to set the frame, protect it, listen deeper, use the prospect’s language and recognize the identity underneath what they say they want.

Live Training.
Complete the Day One training before moving into the Case Files and your Closing Move. The replay will be added here once it is ready.
What You’re
Learning.
The goal today is not to memorize a perfect script. It is to understand what is happening inside the conversation so you can lead it intentionally.
Lead Before You React
Set the structure of the conversation early. Tell the prospect what you are going to figure out, what happens next and how the conversation will move forward.
Stop Collecting Answers
Do not rush from question to question. When the prospect gives you something meaningful, stay there long enough to understand what the answer actually represents.
Use The Words They Use
Do not replace simple human language with jargon. Listen for the exact words the prospect uses to describe the problem, the outcome and how they want to feel.
Identity Over Behavior
Behavior tells you what somebody wants to do. Identity tells you who they are trying to become. Learn to hear the difference without using emotional information as pressure.
Now Crack
The Code.
Day One has two implementation pieces. The Case Files test what you learned. Your Closing Move shows you where to use it in a real conversation.
Can You Read The Conversation?
Work through four realistic sales scenarios and choose the response that best reflects what you learned today.
- Case File #1 — Set + Protect The Frame
- Case File #2 — Listen Deeper
- Case File #3 — Speak Their Language
- Case File #4 — Identity vs. Behavior
Audit Your Last Five Conversations
Go back through your last five sales conversations. Do not change anything or message anyone yet. Look at them through the Day One lens.
- Where did I lose or fail to protect the frame?
- Where did I stop listening or stop at the surface answer?
- Where did I miss the prospect’s own language?
- Where did I miss an identity clue?
- What would I do differently now?
